Protecting Inner and Outer Space for the future of Humanity

is at the core of our mission. As a forward-thinking non-profit organization, we are dedicated to pioneering new pathways in education and workforce development. Based in the United States, D2 Team CORP 501(c)(3), we specialize in developing comprehensive micro-credentialing programs designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for the jobs of tomorrow.

Founded by William O. Ferguson, a respected voice in the global space community, conference speaker, technical editor and subgroup lead for the IEEE Space Systems Cybersecurity Working Group, and co-chair of the Space ISAC Space Systems Software Bill of Materials working group. Our organization is deeply embedded in the global space cyber community, contributing to the IEEE Standards Association's Space Systems Cybersecurity Working Group, where our team leads as technical editor and subgroup lead for the Space Systems Integration Layer.

We advance transatlantic cooperation through the Ostrom Workshop at Indiana University, a leading center for governance and institutional analysis. Via Indiana University's Berlin Gateway, the Ostrom Workshop bridges U.S. and European efforts to align standards, develop the workforce, and strengthen security in practice. Together with our EU partner 303 Overwatch A.S.B.L (Luxembourg, RCS F13274), we engage Space CIOs, CISOs, senior decision-makers, and commercial sponsors to build a more secure and resilient space ecosystem.

Our focus is not just on preparing individuals for the current job market, but also on anticipating the future needs of the workforce, especially in sectors related to space exploration and extended reality. By bridging the gap between traditional education and the evolving demands of the labor market, we aim to foster a community of lifelong learners equipped to tackle the challenges of both, Inner Extended Reality (XR) and, Outer Space Research and Development (SRD).

We are also a proud contributing member of the Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Space ISAC) and the Global Space Information Sharing and Analysis Community (GS-ISAC), where we co-chair the Space Systems Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) subgroup, focused on helping the community to #keepspacesafe.

Contribute to Inner and Outer Space Extended Reality Professional (S.X.R.P)™ workforce development with a community of like-minded human beings dedicated to building both the consumer and enterprise S.X.R Professional (S.X.R.P)™ workforce. Our mission is to ensure that safety as well as innovation remain key in these areas of research and development. Join our meta.Humanity(mH)® LinkedIn group today to keep pace with our progress.

Workforce Development

Join the eHs community as an individual or organizational member and help support hackathons, micro-credential certification sessions, resilience engineering workshops, Cloud Security Alliance training, and ethicallyHackingspace(eHs)® training that strengthen workforce readiness across the space sector. Your membership directly contributes to the development of practical skills, stronger operational capability, and a more secure and resilient space ecosystem. We also drive EU-wide hackathons focused on cyber operations and resilience in the space domain. We operate on micro-grants to fund non-profit workforce development and tooling engagements.

Space Collective Defense

Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst Training (CTIA)

The CTIA program, developed by EC Council, is widely treated as a foundational pathway for analysts who need to interpret adversary behavior and produce actionable intelligence. Although the core curriculum introduces structured analytic techniques, intelligence lifecycle models, and threat attribution methodologies, our implementation extends the scope considerably. Learners may progress through a self paced track supported by targeted mentoring, which allows them to internalize key concepts at a sustainable cadence while receiving expert guidance when analytical questions arise. In parallel, the virtual instructor led option pairs participants with practitioners who have spent decades generating and operationalizing intelligence in mission critical environments. Their domain specific insight into space focused threat activity, including the strategic intent, operational tradecraft, and technical patterns that distinguish space oriented threat actors from conventional cyber groups, helps students understand how classical intelligence frameworks must be adapted for orbital, ground segment, and hybrid terrestrial space systems. The combined emphasis on methodological rigor, scenario driven reasoning, and space oriented threat modeling aims to prepare analysts for collective defense missions where intelligence quality directly shapes defensive coordination and resilience outcomes.
